Haku Dance by High School of the Pacific


As part of this year's Kailua-Kona Village Christmas Parade, the High School of the Pacific students performed a "Haku", a dance originated by the Maori people of New Zealand.

hi, just a little correction here. Actually the word is "HAKA" and true it is originated from the Maoris BUT not only Maoris can do haka...almost all the other Polynesian Islands in the South Pacific can do this HAKA dance. Almost all the Polynesian have the same cultures, dialects, and cultural dances. Yup, otherwise, its great for posting this short clip online. Thanks. God Bless
